Federation-grade scoring is a custom-scoped service, not an SaaS license. A 108-match world handball championship and a 6-team Saudi club tournament need very different deployments — venues, broadcasting, accreditation, languages, rulebook customization. We publish the scope of each tier so you can self-qualify, then quote in 72 hours.
Q02 How fast can you turn around a quote? +
For Match-Day and Tournament tiers, within 72 hours of an initial 30-minute discovery call. For Season and Federation Enterprise, within 7-10 business days because the scope is deeper (multi-year contracts, custom rulebook coding, regulatory approval cycles).
Q03 Do you require a multi-year commitment? +
No. Match-Day and Tournament tiers are one-off engagements. Season and Federation Enterprise are typically 1-4 years, but we have negotiated 6-month pilot deals when a federation wants to evaluate before committing.
Q04 Are travel and on-site engineer costs included? +
For deployments within Saudi Arabia: yes. For GCC, MENA, Turkey, Azerbaijan: yes for the engineering hours, with per-diem and accommodation billed at cost. For worldwide deployments (Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific): travel and on-site rates are quoted line-by-line.
Q05 What payment terms do you accept? +
50% on signed scope, 50% on event completion is our standard. For Federation Enterprise multi-year deals, we structure quarterly milestones tied to deliverables. Saudi/GCC clients can settle in SAR, AED, QAR, KWD, BHD or OMR; international clients in USD or EUR.
